These environment variables are missing, so the tool cannot read the register or record what it has sent:

• GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID
• GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET
• GOOGLE_REFRESH_TOKEN
• GOOGLE_SPREADSHEET_ID
• DATABASE_URL

See .env.example, then run npm run auth:google for the refresh token.
